Frequently Asked Questions

Our Mumbai facility has dedicated labs for High-Speed 3D printing (Bambu Lab A1 Mini), Advanced Electronics & Testing (oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers), Wood & Metal tools, and Microcontrollers (ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Arduino). Prototyping services are rendered based on membership tiers or our standardized rate cards.

Yes, the Caution Deposit is 100% refundable when your membership expires or is canceled. The deposit is held to cover any potential damages to high-value laboratory equipment or workspace amenities.

Members on the Startup Garage tier are allowed up to 2 guest entries per week for project reviews, product demonstrations, or meetings. For other tiers, guest entries require prior booking or lab manager approval.

Yes, all members must undergo a mandatory 45-minute lab safety induction tour before gaining keycard entry and operating machinery. Safety goggles, static protection, and safe tool operation guidelines must be strictly adhered to.
