Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At MakerWorks Lab, we want to ensure that our students and parents are satisfied with our programs and services. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may cancel your enrollment and become eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that schedules change. Depending on when you notify us of a cancellation, the following refund terms apply:
- 7 Days or More Before Program Start: Full refund minus a small administrative processing fee.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Program Start: 50% refund or full credit towards a future program.
- After Program Commencement: No refunds for sessions already attended or for the remainder of the program if cancelled mid-course.
3. Missed Sessions
MakerWorks Lab does not provide refunds for missed sessions by the student. However, we may offer make-up sessions at our sole discretion, subject to lab availability and schedule.
4. Program Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that MakerWorks Lab cancels a program or session, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid for the affected sessions or offer a full credit for future programs.
5. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the request is approved. Any bank fees or merchant platform fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.
6. Specialized Workshops
For specialized one-day workshops or summer camps where materials are pre-purchased, a different refund policy may be communicated during the registration process, which will supersede these general terms.
